Most recently in September 1996 and October 1996,1 had two separate legal problems which needed "lawyer" interaction and intervention. The Provider Firm in Pennsylvania, Welch, Gold and Siegel, professionally and immediately responded and solved both problems within one day.

The first incident occurred after two weeks of unjust harassment from a business client. I talked with [a lawyer] of the law firm and that afternoon he sent a letter on my behalf and the next day, I received an apology from this client, and the matter was settled, never to be bothered again.

In another situation, I cancelled an agreement on one of my cellular phones, and the following month, the phone service indicated to me that I needed to give them a 30-day notice prior to the end of my yearly contract or the agreement would be automatically renewed for an ADDITIONAL year unless I elected to pay the $250 cancellation fee. Being with this phone service for four years, I couldn't believe they would do this, knowing that I still had additional phones on their service. I immediately called Pre-paid Legal and was contacted by [another lawyer] of the Provider Firm and again, within 24 hours a letter was sent and the entire $250 was waived and the contract was cancelled.
